  I really like the Jewel deli. Nice variety of salads, meats, and cheese.

  The store it self is a great place to shop, But they have a big problem with their self checkout employee. Susan has stood over the customers touching their food and watching you as though you are stealing she does it to every customer. And it's make you feel uncomfortable. I'm not sure if management are aware. Of this kind of behavior with Susan; but I am very irritated with Susan she needs correctional action. No one should feel uncomfortable at self checkout. And you are not a front line cashier. You shouldn't be touching the customer food. I don't like it it's like Susan's harassing you in self checkout. Management please deal with the issue with Susan. Before you start loosing more business at this location. Because I will continue to do bad reviews to the public until corrective action is taken on Susan. Overall the other employees are wonderful and professional.

  I frequent this particular Jewel to purchase grilled chicken. Yesterday there was something off about the batch of chicken that I actually purchased. It was pasty, almost like it wasn't even meet, it was rubbery, and felt like it was dissolving in my mouth. I don't know why that is or why it was. As I put a piece of it between two fingers and rubbed it, it turned into paste. I'm not sure what's going on but you need to fix it, you should not be selling grilled chicken like that. I'm very disappointed. 😕☹️

  This store has constantly had empty shelves. The meat department is the most unorganized department in the store. If you ask for in the meat department, they tell you to come back in a hour and the might have it. If your looking for a sale item don't bother!

  This morning I went to pick up a few things in the store. Since only one cashier was checking people out and the line was LONG I chose to go to self check out. Biggest mistake ever. The self check out kept repeating put items in bag area despite doing so. It then required an attendant. Time is money & having to repeat steps is a waste of time. My suggestion to the management use self check out ONLY as an express check out for under 15 items which may be too much. . Pay to have more cashiers at least more than one cashier daily checking out customers. Businesses that take customer experience seriously & provide service will end up profiting over short cuts to fatten bottom lines.
