  I went to deli because there were no tuna sandwiches made. I politely asked the lady if she can make me one and attitude said no we don’t do that, then stated the sandwiches were delivered. Which is a lie I had them made before. Will not be going back here.

  The produce fridge needs to be cleaned out. I hate every supermarket, especially Jewels where the produce fridge, where the fruits and vegetables are laying bare are just filthy! rust stains, dirt buildup, mold is sitting. This Jewel in particular had all of that going on. Very disgusting. The aisles are well organized. I was able to locate everything. That's the only plus I can give it other than that the bathrooms were disgusting. I was very unhappy having to use it in that public space where it was just dirty. And just to think Familys shop here to feed their families as nasty as it is, is scary! 🤢🥴

  If I could I would rate it a 0. I was waiting in line at the deli for 20 minutes, no acknowledgment, no concerns, no greetings, nothing. There were 2 other people ahead of me that got helped and when a lady came in after me, somehow she got helped before me? I usually go to this Jewel due to where I work and never experience this behavior, typically they take a bit to acknowledge you but this was outrageous behavior lol.

  I love this jewel. I been going to this location for over 10 years and never ever had a bad experience and the employees are great so polite and kind. But I have a big issue with their sale tags. This is the 4th time I bought something that had the yellow sale tag in front but it rings up wrong price . It rings up regular price . Come to find out it’s because the sale is expired. They have sale tags up that have an expiration date of February and March . I then I have to drive back and see why it rang up wrong. I would understand an expired sale tag from a week or two but months ??? That’s ridiculous . The customer is thinking they are getting the item on sale for a sale price but it’s ringing up regular price. Take down your expired sale tags! I’m sick of going back to the store thinking they rang it up wrong. Do better jewel
