Stopped by to grab my daughter some sweet treats on our way home from shopping on her birthday, service was good, and the place is like brand new.

*WARNING* CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU PULL AWAY* I'm giving two stars instead of one because the other employees were friendly and things were made right, but the inside of the food was cold, TWICE, I've worked in fast food, you press the correct button once, every other dunkin gets it right, but it takes 3 times at this one to get it right with an insincere apology. If you're pressing a button twice, either the oven is broken (I'm guessing it's not) or you're pressing the wrong button, maybe some refresh on the training is necessary.

Not really sure how it’s possible to have a bad experience at DD but it happened today. The lady taking orders via the drive thru was the worse, she was rude and her demeanor clearly said she didn’t want to be there. I’ve patronized this location before and never experienced this but this is a location I would never visit again.

I went to this Dunkin recently and honestly the experience was pretty disappointing. There was just a lot of little things wrong with my order and the overall service that made the visit frustrating. This location really needs to do better. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and the sandwich was honestly weird. The egg was cold in the center and it didn’t seem like it was fully cooked either. That’s something that really shouldn’t be happening, especially with eggs. The bacon was also burnt and had this weird off taste, almost like it had been sitting in one of those hot food holders for way too long. It didn’t taste fresh at all and had that overheated/stale taste to it. The hash browns were also pretty bad. They were all smashed and basically didn’t even look like full hash browns anymore. Some of them were completely crushed and it just looked like they were thrown around before being put in the bag. The drinks weren’t much better either. I got a medium iced drink with light ice, 6 caramel, 2 vanilla and cold foam, but there was still so much ice in it. It was basically filled up to the ice line even though I asked for light ice. So obviously I ended up getting less actual drink than I should of gotten. The medium strawberry refresher with lemonade and 2 liquid sugar also wasn’t filled all the way to the top. It was noticeably underfilled. Another thing that was annoying was the straw. I asked for the large straw and kept getting the wrong straw. I had to keep asking for the correct one, which shouldn’t even be an issue in the first place. It’s a small thing but when multiple things are already wrong with the order it just makes the experience even more annoying. The management at this location is also kind of weird. The manager is always standing directly behind the employee when they are working the window and just kind of hovering over them. It doesn’t really look professional and the whole management environment just seems off. The manager also doesn’t always have the cleanest appearance and honestly it makes me question the overall cleanliness of the location. I’m not saying there is definitely a food safety violation because I obviously can’t confirm that, but there are things about the appearance and cleanliness that really don’t give you confidence when you’re buying food there. When I go inside it also feels like they only care about the drive thru. It seems like the drive thru gets priority while people inside are just kind of left there waiting. I understand the drive thru is busy but customers inside are still customers and should be treated the same. The donuts are another problem. They are often melted, misshapen, or just don’t look like normal Dunkin donuts. A lot of them don’t even have the proper shape and look like they have been sitting around or handled badly. Overall this Dunkin really needs better management, better food preparation, better quality control and honestly just better customer service. It feels like there are always little things wrong whenever I go here and it adds up. Food should be cooked properly, drinks should actually be made how you ask for them, orders should be accurate and the food should at least look presentable. I really hope someone actually looks into this location because it could be a lot better. Right now it just feels like nobody is really paying attention to the quality of the food or the customer experience, and thats not what you should be getting when you go to Dunkin.
