  Have been a weekly customer here for 4 years. Sometimes multiple times a week. Will never return. Went to pickup food mid day and got the most disgusted look from whoever was working there. As if I had ruined their entire day just by walking in. They gave me horrible attitude and glares and once they gave me my stuff I simply said thank you. No response just another glare and walked off. Normally don’t care about angry employees, I get it your at work people have a bad day. But felt completely awkward and like I shouldn’t have been there. Now, will find somewhere else for my weekly lunch outing. Don’t go here. They don’t want you to come in and spend money.

  Third time in a row we were missing things from order !! Ridiculous you have to pull over to check and it's whole meals. This location is convenient for me but I get better service and quality from the 159th & harlem location.

  I normally have a pleasant experience at this Chipotle, which is why today’s service was so disappointing. The restaurant was quiet and not busy when I arrived, but the employee preparing my bowl became visibly irritated when I made simple requests about how I wanted my food prepared. As we moved down the line, her responses became increasingly short and dismissive. When I asked what one of the chicken options was, she simply pointed at the menu board instead of answering my question. I also ordered the cilantro-lime sauce on the side and agreed to pay the additional $1.50. However, she barely put any sauce in the small cup. When I politely asked for a little more, she ignored me the first time. After I repeated myself, she claimed she could only provide one ladle, even though I watched her pour part of that ladle back into the container. The cup contained approximately two tablespoons of sauce, yet I was still being charged nearly $2 for it. After that, she placed my order to the side and said someone else would check me out. The cashier’s attitude was also unfriendly, and the entire interaction made me feel unwelcome. Customers should be able to customize their food and ask reasonable questions without being treated as though they are an inconvenience—especially they are paying extra for an item. Management should address the customer-service attitude and ensure that employees provide the full portion customers are being charged for. I have visited this location before and received much better service, but today’s experience was unnecessarily rude and disappointing.

  I’ve eaten at various Chipotle locations many times, but at this place, they actually gave me an empty bowl. I felt awkward asking if that was it, because I’m honestly going to have to stop somewhere else—like a burger joint or something—since I was truly disappointed Next time just give me the paper plate.
