- KKKevin2 days ago1.0Pulled up to the drive thru my order was supposed to be ready at 8:10, there were other cars also waiting in the drive thru. We all sat stuck in that drive thru for 30 mins. By the time I got my order they forgot my drink and the extra chips I had ordered. My burrito bowl had like 5 pieces of chicken in it, and the smallest scoop of guac I’ve ever seen. This was a fail on so many levels. Worst chipotle around.

I stood there while the employees just looked at me and not one word was said. I asked if I could order and just got completely ignore. After looking at reviews clearly this chipotle has a lot of work to do.

I asked for a bowl, asked for my first 2 sides, and then when I asked for chicken she didn't even serve half the usual scoop. She said that it was the full scoop, but I told her to serve me the whole, full scoop, and she only added like 2 pieces of chicken, then she brought her co-worker to “prove” that she served the full scoop, of course, her co-worker agreed with her. After that she started arguing with me saying how I had to pay for “double” scoop when she didn’t even serve me 1 scoop. Then I said I was going to leave a bad review, and she said, “it’s okay” in a very sarcastic way. I am very disappointed by this service and hope that Chipotle will see this review.
