I should've check before I left, especially since they charge $2.45 per bag. What I received was a hand full of broken chips & most of them were stale plain chips with a few lime chip pieces mixed in.🤦🏽♀️

- AAAlishaAug 19, 20261.0My daughter and I recently visited the Chipotle near 159th and Harlem in Tinley Park, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The chips were very stale, as shown in the pictures, and the guacamole did not appear fresh. Once my daughter reached the bottom of her meal, we could clearly see large brown chunks throughout the guacamole. I have never received guacamole in this condition before. It appeared that the avocados used may have been old or overly ripe. We had already made it all the way home before realizing how bad it was; otherwise, I would have returned the food and requested a refund. Even with the buy-one-get-one-free promotion, the food should still meet Chipotle’s normal quality standards. Management should take these concerns seriously, especially since other reviews appear to mention continuing problems at this location. I will not return to this particular restaurant. It is frustrating that I cannot depend on a location in my own neighborhood for fresh, quality food and must travel farther for a better experience.
