  I definitely enjoy the vibe and how nice the employees but the last few times I have gone it’s like my coffee tastes so bland instead of the flavors I have asked for. It’s good but I wish I got what I paid for.

  Although it is a great atmosphere and solid concept, but there is clear room for operational growth. Staff training seems incomplete, especially regarding point-of-sale efficiency and troubleshooting basic equipment issues like receipt printers. Quality standards also need attention, as hot drinks were served well below proper temperature. With stronger training and better attention to detail, this place could be excellent. Looking forward to seeing improvements.

  Ordered a Carmel Apple macchiato and it tasted like green jolly rancher milk. Service outside was ok. As a first timer I was upset to see no menu in the drive thru. I wasn’t sure of what to order so I took the server’s recommendation. I won’t return.

  I am so happy Illinois finally got a 7brew closer to me. I love the drive-thru aspect. My favorite part is the sugar free aspects. As a diabetic, I can enjoy coffee without as much worry. Staff here is ok. Their service is fast and efficient. Lastly, affordable.

  Horrible! We have been here twice, today being the second time and it’s just awful. I don’t understand how the other locations can function so well with kind employees and a good attitude and good products when this one is so awful. I ordered 2 drinks, paid and get 1. The first drink that was ordered was missing! Then the “lovely” employee who brought the drink over was so rude when we nicely told her we ordered two. Not an I’m sorry, it was a mistake, let me check on that. Just said well you’re gonna pay for it. Uh ma’am I ordered 2 and clearly have no problem but after you once again messed up and are so incredibly rude- no thanks. This location is a waste and embarrassment to your name!
