  Not worth the hype in my opinion feels like the cheesecake factory of coffee. It’s a lot of flavor choices and I mean a lot to the point it’s overwhelming and all very sugary. I got a raspberry ice macchiato, someone else got a cookies and cream shake and another person got the cookie butter ice coffee. My macchiato tasted burnt and my friends cookie butter didn’t like itself either. All the shakes are made with ice cream and syrup for the flavor so like cookies and cream don’t have actual cookie pieces just 3 diff syrups to get a Oreo essence..The line was rather long, but it moved OK but definitely not worth it.

  Honestly, very organized! The lines were extremely long but the baristas knew exactly what to do and directed customers where to wait. I hope they get a raise because it was rainy and windy!! The baristas were so nice, especially Monte! She was very friendly and made my birthday special. The other baristas also wished me a happy birthday. They were all so sweet! Please give them a raise!!

  Me and my friend were given the wrong order but we were able to go up to kayley in the drive through area and she was extremely helpful and friendly. She took our old drinks and dumped them out for us and walked out our new drinks all the way to our car. Truly went above and beyond and made our flop experience so much better! Also even though the line was super long I was so shocked at their efficiency.

  I've visited a couple other 7 brew locations; this one is closest and I visit the most. I try to plan at least an hour ahead if I'm deciding to come here. There's a few workers I've noticed have the hang of things, but some of the other workers are struggling hard. Lots of times, at all the locations I've visited, there's been issues with their computers. Always thought a walk-up windows would help them out. Today I noticed that 7 brew has an app and that there was a walk-up option. I thought that was great and decided to place an order and drive over. The worker directing cars told me that they did have a walk-up windows and to park in the lot nearby. I did so and walked up to the registers where I was directed to walk through their alley. I met a third person (amongst tall, stacked boxes of product were everywhere), she informed me that when the cars are lined up in the other lot that they would not accept a walk up order. I told them if they had my order to cancel it, as I did not have time to wait in the line, and was responded with, "we don't even have your order until you scan the code." I don't know what they could actually do in this situation, but 7 brew just isn't worth the hype anymore to me. The drinks are pretty good but not worth what it takes to get one. Starbucks makes me feel more at home than 7 brew.

  Kaylee was extremely rude and dismissive she told me I had to pay again even though I showed her the charge in my wallet app and she was telling me she needed to see my bank account and I explained to her that I had no connection and she proceeded to say that my phone has 5 bars and was insinuating that I was lying and said that I had to pay again I asked to speak to a manger and she looked at me and she was the manger she was extremely rude and dismissive and I won’t be returning I paid twice for a drink for absolutely no reason. She then looked at me and said oh this card went through and I was like yeah it did the first time too and she just wanted to argue with me and she proceeded to stand and point and talk about me after I drove away and parked in the parking lot I saw her and the other workers pointing and laughing looking at me.
