Your establishment should not have anyone at the drive thru who yells back because THEY are not understanding what’s being said. The drive thru old man was so rude it was so difficult to place my order, I literally got out my car and went inside. The staff could clearly see I was the one who was frustrated in the drive thru so I’m guessing they sent someone to the cashier they thought could better assist me? WRONG. The lady at the cashier ALSO was not understanding anything I said. Mind you, I’m Hispanic, the language barrier was not the problem it was the blatant disregard for everything I was saying. “You said what?” “2 of which?” “Wait how many meals?” LIKE I JUST TOLD YOU. I will never be visiting this establishment ever again and neither should you, spend your money ANYWHERE but here, you’ll save lots of time. My order for reference: 1 $6 meal (bacon) (md hot coffee 2cream 2splenda) 1 md hot coffee (2 cream 2 Splenda) 1 md iced coffee (almond milk & French vanilla) ^ an order that costed me 30minutes of my time. Just horrible.
