    At drive up and their card reader isn't working. Okay i have cash but should have kept it in my pocket. Ordered 3 burgers, fries and mozz sticks. Ranch or marinara for sticks. Ask for marinara. End up with 2 burgers and no marinara. Fries were old, rest was cold. Will get my Sonic in Florida

    Drove over an hour to try this Sonic in Taylorville because of our poor experience in Springfield last time. Unfortunately, this was worse. We never got served. We pulled up to a kiosk, pressed the red button...and sat for 15 minutes while no one ever responded, but yet were getting cars taken care of through the drive-thru. We finally just gave up and drove away. Tired of this kind of experience at nearly every Sonic we attempt to patronize. Apparently, Sonic itself needs a complete overhaul, especially regarding staffing, training, and management. Food is great, if you can manage to get served. Do yourself a favor if you try and avoid the kiosks. Just use the drive-thru as that appears to be the only way to get service...

    Went for lunch today. Pulled in a stall not drive thru. There was maybe 3 other cars. ordered 3 kids meals and a cheeseburger and was left setting for 45 minutes and the food still had not been started. I canceled the order. WILL NOT GO BACK

    Order was wrong. Food was burnt all of it sandwichs and onion rings. No napkins. I was horrible. Charged us for an extra sandwich we did not order.
