  Wow, worst experience I've had at a McDonald's. I ordered breakfast sandwiches for my wife and I on the mobile App, went to the restaurant, pulled into the designated spots, checked in on the App and waited for the food to be brought out (App said 2-3 minutes). After waiting 10 minutes and having had two other cars pull in, get there food delivered and leave, I went in to the Restaurant. I've never been on the inside, was surprised at the uninviting depressing cold institutional vibes the dining area gave off, like something out of George Orwells 1984 novel. Went up to the "counter", but nobody was there. Stood there with another gentleman for another couple minutes then shouted "is anybody here"? The manager came out of the kitchen asked what I wanted. I told her I had been waiting about 15 minutes for the food I ordered online. She asked my name, walked in the back and told me that I had to check in. I told her I had, and she told me that if I were going to yell at her she wasn't going to give me my order. The guy stranding next to me told her I hadn't yelled, at which point she threw my bag on the counter and started walking away. I stopped her, I also had a coffee on the order and even showed her the order on my phone. She made a disgusted noise and walked back to the kitchen. "Welcome to the Gulag" the guy said next to me. The manager came back about a minute later, slammed the cup of coffee onto the book case to the right of the counter and walked back into the kitchen, nothing said, to include an apology. Food was cold.

  They tell me to please park and wait for my food 15 minutes go by…nothing, they forgot my order. When I finally get my order it’s wrong. I can’t wait for the one in Dekalb to reopen so I can drive farther to get the food I ordered. It also seems like no one actually knows what their doing.

  Probably the best mcdonalds food ive had out of all the mcdonalds I’ve eaten in. Everything was so fresh and crispy.

  Lol can't even get a regular iced coffee right. Given a few chances since they were new but not worth it in all honesty. Even for it being McDonald's 😕

  I left feeling sad. I took my daughter here for the first time since the other one we usually go to is getting remodeled. It felt so uninviting. What kind of restaurant with indoor seating doesn't even have napkin dispensers, straws, ketchup, a soda machine for refills? Nobody at the very tiny counter because all the workers were in the back so if I needed anything I basically had to yell to the back. Why even bother having indoor seating? The employees were nice but that was the only appeal. Its honestly sad seeing how downhill classic kid friendly places that I enjoyed in my youth have gone. It felt very cold and corporate. Its like mcdonalds has completely forgotten what made them successful. 😔
