  easily the worst mcdonalds i've been to in the country! Nobody could understand what a "double quarter pounder with cheese deluxe" is, yet they sure knew how to charge me for it

  We bought fries and a cheeseburger at this McDonald’s that were great. Even better, their kind team and Phoenix helped make sure we were okay when our car broke down in their parking lot afterwards.

  Repeat issues at this location every single time. Long waits even when you’re the only car there, rude staff, and half empty coffee cups.

  For starters I paid for my food and got to the next window for them to just hand me my pops for my order and completely for got the food and I had to wait 20mins before I got my order. After arriving home to sit down and eat my meal with my family I took a bit of my quarter pounder burger just to find out it was under cooked and raw on the inside of the patty.. will not be returning to this establishment. Better to wait for the renovations to be complete at the DeKalb avenue location. Someone really needs to step up quality control with this establishment...

  This is easily the slowest mcdonald's I have ever been at. Order a mobile order 15 minutes in advance for counter pickup, food is not ready. I ask for my food i get back sass from the lady behind the counter. Wait 10 more minutes for my food to cold food. This has happened countless times. I can not wait for the other mcdonald's to finish their renovations cause this establishment is hands down the worst I have ever been at.
