  I came in on an extremely busy morning for my daughters class some Munchkins (50ct). I seen about 5 employees running basically the drive thru, however there was one person that stood out to me while the others were moving in turtle speed. Her name was Desiree (hopefully I’m spelling it right). She was phenomenal and working at lightening speed to get individuals inside and outside out. The others seemed so nonchalant about everything. Just wanted to say to her “Thank You & You Rock”.

  I have been having problems with this location for months on end. We would like to be able to visit Dunkin at any location that is convenient to us, but this location does not seem to cause anything but frustration for us. We have a hard time ordering through the drive thru due to being interrupted multiple times and there seems to be a listening problem on the other end. Every time we order, things have to be corrected constantly and we even sometimes dont even get through ordering before being ushered to the window. When getting our food, 97% of the time it is wrong and we have to go inside and have it corrected. Today it was a completely different item in our bag that was labeled on the receipt. As this dunkin seems to charge more for their food and beverages, we would expect the quality and service to be up to par.

  Just visited for a quick bite. Everything was so good. The staff were awesome. We walked in to order and the first few cold items were already done. The hot items came out super fresh and the sausage is well seasoned.

  Love the coffee and food but they run out of supplies alot but there are always many options
