  Every time I try to get the toasted sandwich’s, their excuse has been it’s broken, or it’s too late to order them (at 8pm) when they close at 9pm. Just take the toasted option off the menu at this point.

  Every time I go to this location, I’m pleasantly surprised by the customer service. My favorite jimmy John’s in the area. I go out of my way to stop at this location.

  This one is the closest to me but prefer to go to other jj ,have given this one a few chances but they continue to constant skimp on the meats and veggies when they make the sandwich ,have been to plenty other jjs that make good full sandwiches but this never seems to be the case at the sugar grove location not worth the price

  Freaky slow, whether you use the mobile app, order in the drive thru, or eat inside. Takes forever to get my order every time. Sometimes I will wait over an hour for the notification that my order is ready for pickup. My tip for you is this: if you have a mobile order, go up to the counter and prompt the workers to make your order, otherwise it might not happen.
