- AJAlan JimenezAug 26, 20261.0I work for a local school and I placed my order. Apparently JJ’s didn’t have a driver so they sent it to Uber for delivery. I have been waiting for over 30 minutes and the order hasn’t been picked up and when I called JJ in Sugar Grove, they had no answer for how much longer I would have to wait. I will NEVER order from this place again. There is zero proactiveness from management!!!!
