- AGAndre Gamboa3 days ago2.0I am extremely disappointed with the repeated incompetence and incorrect orders at this Dunkin’ location. Every time I place an order through the app or order in person, I specifically request no cheese because I cannot have dairy. Despite these clear instructions, my food repeatedly comes with cheese. What makes this even more frustrating is that not adding the cheese should make the order easier to prepare, yet the staff consistently gets it wrong. On top of that, the coffee drinks are often poorly prepared, messy, and inconsistent in quality. I should not have to repeatedly deal with incorrect orders, especially when dietary restrictions are involved!!! I expect better attention to detail, improved quality control, and staff who take customer instructions seriously. Unfortunately, this has become a recurring problem rather than an occasional mistake.

It seems like this Dunkin always messes up something in the order or just doesn’t taste right. Went to get an iced nutty pumpkin for my fiance. I got a regular iced pumpkin, not a big deal. Went back around got back in line and didn’t complain just let them know hey I got a nutty pumpkin but was given a regular pumpkin. They took it and gave me a drink back right away. I went back to my residence and it seems like they just threw in a hazelnut In which made it incredibly sweet. My fiance then went to get another one to return that one and they told my fiance that I personally asked to just add a hazelnut? I did not I specifically stated I wanted a nutty pumpkin not a regular pumpkin. Just unprofessional to add words of something I didn’t say.

It’s always a big mess, frosting everywhere except for the donuts that you have to pull apart! 🙄 we NEED a new dunkin in our area that understands the concept of boxes!! 😩
