  Treats staff poorly, dirty/poor sanitation, they only deep clean when the boss is going to show up other than that there was black mold by the drink machine by the drive thru window.

  You think when it comes to fast food that it will be quick and done right, but not with this establishment you wait 50 minutes in the drive thru for your order to be wrong and when you get a drink they dont even give you a straw to use

  I havent ate McDonald's in over a year, today was the a day where I said maybe McDonald's in our area is doing better so why not ill go ahead and try it. Welp who was I kidding went to grab a late lunch there was maybe 2 cars in line so this should be quick.. WRONG. I still had to pull foward and wait for my food. I get back to work and grab my food out if the bag and the damn the burger was put together like a 3 year old was workin in the back in fact im sure a 3 year old could do much better. If youre hungry and want fast food burgers I reccomend going to burger king over McDonald's any day. Also THE BIG ARCH WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH BUYING. PLEASE TRAIN EMPLOYEES HOW TO PROPERLY MAKE AND WRAP A BURGER AS THEY GET READY TO MAKE IT TO THE CUSTOMER

  Such a disappointing meal today. I ordered the arch burger, it was laying in a pool of grease yet the top buns was crispy and hard. My McChickens bun was super chewy. I ordered a large fry and the box was filled half full. I made the mistake of drinking my large sprite when I got home to find out it was just seltzer water so they obviously needed to change the syrup which ok, I get it they didn’t know. I call them to let them know and the guy that answered said, “yeah I’ve already check it and there aren’t any issues, I said there is no syrup it’s just seltzer and he said, yeah maybe it’s not as sweet but nothing is wrong with it. I said, there’s no sugar it’s just seltzer. He said ok. I asked what they were going to do for me and he said just come back and I’ll give you another one” McDonalds, come on, do better. I’m not driving back there to get a sprite. Offer me some compensation. I eat at your location often and it’s been way below standard the past few months. I posted the photo of the fries in the photos section, I paid for a large and got a small.
