  CHIPOTLE U HAVE DISAPPOINTED ME, WHY DID IT I FIND A BUG IN MY FOOD. THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS. I GOT 2 BOWLS AND ONE OF THEM HAD A BUG AND THE OTHER ONE HAD A HAIR. LETS NOT EVEB TALK CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHY WERE THE TWO CO WORKERS FIGHTING INFRONT OF ME ?? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER. STARTING TODAY I AM A QDOBA FAN THANK U.

  This chipotle is one of the BEST IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. I don’t know why there are so many terrible reviews. I live in South Elgin and have a chipotle 5 mins away from me but I drive 20 mins to this location because their food and service is AMAZING. They are always kind to me and make some of the best filled bowls and burritos. I know the whole thing about chipotle workers skimming on scoops and have low quantities but with this Chipotle I never have to ask for extra anything. I went in the other day and I said everything one time when they ask you first and my bowl was literally dripping and falling apart cuz they packed it so nice. One time I had to ask them to give me a smaller scoop they I didn’t want my leaking thru the lid and bag. People be hating this location for no reason. To the management team who reads this post keep up the good work you guys are AMAZING.

  I was Just about to leave to go to this chipolte, im starving!! But after reading all of these reviews at this location, HELL NO!! Bugs, poor service, WOW MANAGEMENT! My family will be eating somewhere else this evening freaking WOW

  Food is always great! Taxes are higher at this location so it will be higher cost to purchase but the availability to have a drive thru for pick up, is amazing.
