  I haven't had an Arby's RB sandwich in a while and had a craving for one. I love it with the Horsey Sauce. I do not care for the Arby's Sauce. But after this visit I was reminded why I stopped going in the first place. I decided to get a double which required two packets of Horsey Sauce which I politely requested. Upon arriving home I found one packet of Horsey Sauce and three packets of gross Arby's Sauce. I immediately checked my change in my pocket because the person could not even count to two. The Arby's Sauce went directly into the garbage can. If Arby's is trying to push this sauce, don't bother. Save time and throw it in your own garbage and please supply me with what I requested. Putting it in the bag is not going to make us ingest it. It is in the garbage can, right where it belongs. It just reminded me of the last time I requested Horsey and got Arby's. Ah yeah, that's why I stopped going there. Now I remember. They won't give you what you request and only give you things that you are going to throw in the garbage. Doesn't Arby's pay for this sauce? Why do they throw it in the bag knowing that the money spent on those packets is just going to go in the garbage can? I don't get it. Some people just don't know how to run a business. Maybe I should send a letter to DRM Brands Corporate. Because stating these things to the restaurant is pointless. They lost at least 50 future sandwich sales to me. I'd be eating there a lot if I didn't get the same "not getting what I requested" treatment.

  The food was fast! The restaurant was pretty clean, but because the tables have wooden tops, they feel gummy.
