  I love 7 Brew & their awesome drink menu! Definitely better than the other big name coffee places 👌🏽 the Sterling location is fabulous! The workers are so friendly and genuinely great at their job. I will say that there’s been a time or two that I haven’t had a super bubbly barista and/or it seemed like the drinks took forever - but that’s rare. Highly recommend 7 Brew, but especially the Sterling location!

  I’ve had such a great experience with 7 Brew every time I’ve gone. The atmosphere is always upbeat and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about making sure every customer leaves happy. The customer service is easily one of the best parts. The employees are always incredibly friendly, positive, and easy to talk to. Even when they’re busy, they still take the time to make you feel welcomed instead of making the interaction feel rushed. They’re also impressively fast. You can pull up when there’s a decent line and somehow they keep everything moving while still getting your order right. It’s nice being able to grab a drink quickly without sacrificing good service. The drinks themselves are just as impressive. Everything I’ve tried has tasted fresh, flavorful, and well made. They don’t taste like something that was thrown together just to get the order out quickly. I also really appreciate how consistent the quality is. When I find a drink I like, I can order it again and actually expect it to taste just as good as the last time. That consistency makes a huge difference. Another thing I love is how many options there are. Whether you’re in the mood for coffee, an energy drink, something sweet, or something completely customized, there’s almost always something that sounds good. The employees are also great about helping you figure out what to order if you’re unsure. Overall, 7 Brew absolutely deserves five stars from me. Between the amazing customer service, quick service, huge drink selection, and consistently great quality, it’s easily become one of my favorite places to stop for a drink. I always leave happy with what I ordered and looking forward to coming back. (Kaelee was a great service to me)

  whoever the girls were working at around 9 PM on September 24, they need to learn how to actually do their jobs. I know that I came late, but they didn’t even come to my car and tell me that they couldn’t serve me. They simply all looked at me and continue doing what they were doing. They need to learn common sense and how to tell their customers that they are closed if they are closed.

  Every night before I go to work at the local hospital, I stop at 7Brew and get my usual chai (Large, Light Ice, 2x Extra Sweet, White Chocolate, Cookie Butter, Cold Foam, and Caramel Drizzle). Every time I go, I’m not disappointed with my order or the fun staff. Sierra has been there every time I’ve went recently and I’m always greeted with a smile, a “welcome back!”, and a causal conversation about our days so far. The vibe is great overall.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honestly, I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to give the Sterling 7 Brew some credit. Every time I’ve gone there I’ve had a really good experience. The biggest thing for me is definitely the customer service. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been super friendly and easy to talk to. It never feels like they’re just trying to rush you through and get to the next car. They actually talk to you, help you figure out what you want if you’re not sure, and always seem to have a good attitude. Even when there’s a decent line, they’re still quick and somehow manage to keep the same energy with everyone. The drinks are also genuinely really good. I’ve tried a few different things and haven’t really been disappointed with anything yet. They have a huge selection, you can customize pretty much everything, and the drinks actually taste consistent every time you go. I especially like that you can tell them what kind of flavors you like and they’ll usually come up with a recommendation that’s actually good. It’s honestly just a really nice place to stop. You go there expecting to grab a drink and leave, but the people working there make the whole experience better. Good customer service is getting harder to find, so when a place consistently has employees who are friendly and actually seem to care, I think it deserves some recognition. Definitely 5 stars from me. Great drinks, fast service, and some of the nicest customer service I’ve had around Sterling. I’ll definitely keep coming back!!!
