I called to get my third pizza and the owner wanted to argue with me that the third pizza was delivered and the told me I could pick one up if I wanted. I paid a lot of money for three pizzas and only got 2. Shame on you. I will never order from you again. Lou Malnoti’s is opening across the street from you and I will be getting pizza there from now on.
- CCCynthiaJun 25, 20261.0Thursday night called before 5pm was charge on our credit card before 5pm. Was told our 4 thin crust pizzas for a little party we were having, told would be 35 to 40 mins. Going on a hour we called and they said be there in 4mins. 15 mins later we called back & were told they have to locate the driver. We were less than 4 miles from the restaurant & could have picked it up. 1 1/2 hours later the pizza finally gets delivered it was super hot. The person answering the phone never offered to call us back with an update. Had this oh well attitude & back peddled that we were told it might take longer after the third call. That was not the truth for she was on speaker & that was never conveyed. Think they forgot to put our order in. Until the second call. If that was the case they should have admitted it at least instead of the attitude. Never offered any compensation on our bill which was $130. I could understand if it was a Friday or Saturday night. Now the Giordano’s where I live you get a deep dish large spinach in 35mins.
