  Honestly the glaze about them being one of the best pizza places around Chicago is 100% true, I have never had a better fast food pizza, it was so hot I couldn't eat it, free refills, amazing options. Only genuine complaint it the lack of seasonings on the cheese bread but they have herbs and crushed pepper at the table to it's ok. Would absolutely!! go again!

  I ordered a salad as an Entree,and asked for a side of Grilled chicken ( off the grill). I received the salad w cubed COLD chicken. The waitress was told took it back and brought the SAME cubed cold chicken back that was clearly microwaved! Not coming back! Restaurant was not full (5:30-6:00) Waited 40 mins for food ! Disappointed to say the least. CMON Giordano’s! 👎👎👎

  Waitress disappeared after serving food. Food order was incorrect even after correcting the waitress at time of order. The manager offered to adjust things but we declined. We understand everyone has a bad day (we have both worked in the business).
