  As soon as you get out of your car your mouth will be watering at the phenomenal smells coming from the smokers. It is best to go in with a plan of what you want to order otherwise you will end up ordering everything because it looks and smells so good. Super friendly staff as well! In addition to all of the smoked meats, I recommend the banana pudding and gouda mac!

  I went here for lunch after my co-workes dared me take the 10 minute drive. I'm always open for a challenge to try a new place. I'm so glad I did. The pull pork was perfect and the sauce. The sauce tasted like summer. I ordered the banana pudding. And let me tell you that pudding is a different level of perfection. So good. Try them out. You will not be disappointed.

  Everything is coated with their BBQ spices, including the sides. This is the best BBQ on the block but in the bottom 10 BBQ restaurants on the East side of the Mississippi. I won't return.

  We have been a few times to try different items on the menu. Pork Ribs and Brisket are very good. Rib tips were taken home and were on the undercooked side. Cooked longer at home and were tender. On a visit the Pulled Pork was salty and the Pork Belly Burnt ends didn't have any char on them. Flavorful but disappointing. Sides tried Potato salad is very good. Smoked Mac and average, Cole Slaw very good. Banana Pudding was disappointing

  Went for the first time today and had the Brisket sandwich. Brisket is always a risky order with a high ceiling and low floor when it comes to quality. Puff Shack found the ceiling. Amazing brisket and the slaw on the sandwich was also excellent. I had the problem of having to select from too many great options. They do a great job with the space. Smoker is running on the side of the building and they have indoor and outdoor seating options. Looking forward to coming back and trying some of the Friday Beef Ribs.
