I happen to be driving by this St Charles location and had a craving. so I stopped through the drive-thru. food was excellent as always. or taking was friendly and polite. food prep was a little slower than normal, but still within the bounds of reasonable. I will admit it was edging towards "what's taking so long" that said it's still an acceptable experience. I would return to this location again. portillo's has a great many selection I had offer it up as a suggestion to anyone that's never been
