- EGElena GJun 1, 20263.0Went here for the first time a few weeks back and had a so-so experience. Waitstaff is very kind, and our waitress was great! However, after sitting outside in a 2-seat table in the shade, we got chilly and asked her if we could move to a table in the sun, of which only 4-seaters were available. She said yes (not her fault at all), so we moved all the food and sat down, only to then be kicked back to our cold table in the shade by the stuck-up hostess/manager who told us that she was anticipating larger parties who would need those larger tables. Yet, for the rest of our time there, no other large parties arrived, and that same table sat empty. Also, there were parties of 2 sat at 4-seaters around us that weren't kicked out -- why were we the exception that was forced to move?? Incredibly rude and cold hostess who could not confront us directly, and instead sent the poor waitress to ask us to move. Other than that, the food was very good, but very over priced (although thats probably a result of typical downtown St. Charles prices). You're better off going to a different, more reasonably-priced Mexican restaurant with kinder staff.
