  Cashier was ok ,pizza tasted old. Fried chicken was good, that's about it. 24 Empty tables, only 2 cleaned off. Our first time coming here / and last time.

  Unfortunately, our first visit to Pizza Ranch was overshadowed by an extremely disappointing interaction with an employee named Somanii. I approached the counter and politely told Somanii that I was there to pick up a to-go pizza I had ordered in addition to our buffet. She gave me a noticeably dirty look, looked me up and down, pulled up my order on the computer, but never acknowledged me or said a single word. She then continued talking with another employee while I stood there waiting. After a minute or two, I finally had to ask if this was where I was supposed to pick up my pizza, and she responded very rudely that she would go get it. When she returned, my pizza box was inside a bag and she was carrying and swinging it completely on its side. I walked over, took the bag, immediately turned the pizza upright, and looked at her in disbelief. She responded very sharply, “WHAT, did you have something else?” I told her no, but that I was concerned about my pizza after watching it being swung around on its side. She rolled her eyes at me and walked away without apologizing or offering to check it. Thankfully, a male employee witnessed the interaction and immediately stepped in. He checked my pizza, sincerely apologized, and even came back to our table several minutes later to make sure everything was okay. I wish I had gotten his name because he demonstrated excellent customer service and deserves recognition for how professionally he handled a situation he did not cause. I am very understanding of how difficult working with the public can be, and I make a point to treat employees kindly and respectfully. I had done nothing to warrant the way I was treated, and the entire interaction with her made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her simply by picking up an order I had already paid for. What makes this especially disappointing is that this was our first visit, and we genuinely enjoyed the food. The pizza was excellent, and the male employee went above and beyond. Unfortunately, her behavior left such a negative impression that despite enjoying the food, it makes me hesitant to return. I hope management addresses this interaction because it was completely inconsistent with the level of customer service demonstrated by the other employee.

  I only gave 3 stars on the food due to how salty the dressing and chicken tenders were. I actually like things on the salty side but this was too salty for me. Pizza was great. Loved the salad bar. Lots of yummy choices for dessert also.
