  I’ve been here a few times and I can honestly say this is the best pizza and customer service no complaints and I will order again.

  I ordered two pizzas: one was supposed to be half pepperoni half cheese... And that half a cheese pizza was the whole reason for the order.... And you guys made it wrong and covered the entire thing in pepperoni... So did someone read the ordering correctly ? Cuz I checked I placed it right.... Or did someone just not check the box on the way out the door.... It's always like this in Springfield nothing's ever correct. So yeah the delivery person was real nice but I can't eat any of this... Pepperoni and the other pizza.. they were for the roommates.. the cheese was for me.

  Had a very awful experience going in for food a few nights ago, i had ordered a pizza and cheese sticks that were supposed to be done at 8:25, i got there at 8:28 because i like to give a little extra time, just to see about 6 other people waiting for their orders, and i had to wait almost an HOUR to get my pizza because the manager whose name is apparently "Ash" from the person calling repeatedly calling out their name, was in the bathroom for about 40 minutes. By the time they finally got out of the bathroom and to the cash register, they took about another 10 minutes just to get my food, AND THEN when i got home my order was incorrect. My large pizza was actually a medium, the breading was undercooked and chewy and wasn't even cut up into slices, i had to cut it up myself, AND my cheese sticks were almost completely burnt up. This is the worst experience i have ever had going to anywhere to get food, i have never had an experience like this going anywhere. Whoever that manager was "Ash" needs to either get her stuff together or just be fired. And the cooks need to actually do their job properly and not be serving undercooked pizza and burnt cheese sticks. If the food is WRONG remake it.

  The app stated pizza would be ready for pickup at 6:19. I waited in the lobby until 7:05. They charged via the app then said the payment hasn't gone through so charged me again. Then when I got home 6 minutes later, the whole pizza was like a crust. Overdone and dried out. Never visiting this location again.
