  Don’t spend no money here.They have a racist women who work here her name is Desiree. She gave me a hard time because they got my order wrong. She called the police to have me banned and to make it worst she the night manager.All I wanted to know is how long my refund was going to take but instead she slams the window door in my face. BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER p.s. I had my baby with me. This was my first time coming there I didn’t know you had to go to the window. 🗣️THEY DON’T HAVE A NOTE ON THE DOOR TO INFORM US !She let me stand there for 5 minutes before the guy who was there told me I had to go around. When I got the pizza took it home it had sausage & mushrooms on it. My order was large 3-topping pizza with bacon,beef and pepperoni. When I came back is what all transpire for there mistake

  I ordered my pizza at 6 pm was told I would see my food in 35 minutes. They used DoorDash for the delivery. Driver was there in plenty of time to pick it up. After speaking to the Pizza Hut call center my door dasher showed up at 7:15. He explained that he was at the store for over a hour waiting on my order but the store sent him somewhere else and then my order. If the store is super busy then they should explain that in the beginning

  If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Starting with the management Brandon. All my 3 pizzas were undercooked, and NOT cut. Same with my cinnamon sticks undercooked and not cut. My Mac n cheese no lid, yet having DoorDash deliver. Gives me a cherry Pepsi 2 liter even though I ordered a regular Pepsi 2 liter. I start on the phone with customer service then they transfer me to the store directly and the manager Brandon, is going back and forth with me as if I’m not looking at my food as we’re speaking to where I can see NOTHING is cut and everything is undercooked. Then proceeds to hang up in my face when I asked to speak to someone higher than him because I don’t appreciate the way he is speaking to me. I am nine months pregnant and cannot and would not eat anything undercooked. Every time it is something with this location!!! TERRIBLE. If all calls are recorded please go back and listen to the disrespect and make my order right for once! I am spending my hard earned money to feed myself and my kids to receive not ONE correct thing out of 6 items.

  Food not ready for 20 minutes AFTER pickup time. And this ain’t the first time. They say they don’t get the order but it shows on the pickup screen
