  Pizza was great and service was excellent but the poor worker was alone and had zero air conditioning. Now my hats off to him working in the heat but I was sweating just ordering inside the building plus there's always the "sweat could possibly drop on the pizza" issue. Great service, food, and Brad, the employee was awesome, but not sure I'll be back because I was extremely hot and uncomfortable ordering at the counter. You would think a big chain like Pizza Hut would take care of their employees and their customers better. Otherwise everything would have been 5 stars.

  I can't believe how delicious that pizza was extra cheese mushrooms green bell peppers & it was free! I had a issue with my card & the atm after switching to a local credit union & paying a bill that was past due & buying an organizer i guess I was over my limit small things they forgot to mention right, which left my kids & I ass out for dinner because it would be hours til the chicken thaw! Anyways thank you Mr General manager for having a heart ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗 💘 & I didn't have to even explain & you dont have to hide your wings i know who sent you 😉 thank you so much for taking that weight off my shoulders I'm dealing with so much & my 3yo.& 1yo. Thanks you too!blessings 🙏 We sure will be back fast & courteous service with real people who enjoy there job & understand today's world this more businesses need to partake in & they will have more people coming back & deciding to spent there money where it really counts & doing business with businesses that treat you like a human & not a number!

  awful. I don’t know what the hell they’re teaching these people upon hiring them but this was the worst experience I’ve had. And for retrospect; I have worked customer service jobs my entire life. I empathize with these people genuinely. Okay so.. my boyfriend called 1x to place an order and the first gal, a older lady hung up- with no warning. So he called back to place the order, and they couldn’t figure out the address of our building. Kept asking if it was spelled “four” or “4”… which I’m not sure why that matters if the building number was “424” so what’s the difference if it’s “four two four” or “424” 🤦🏼‍♀️😭 Like genuinely what difference does it make. But for the dude on the phone that was the biggest issue. It was very clear that the dude was being trained because they kept switching off in the call. Dude hung up- again no warning. So we called again- and they literally READ it back to us, even took our card info. Front and back. And then proceeded to not charge the card. Which we discovered upon trying to call back and input delivery info- the gal told us, there was no order. And just told us to call corporate. I spoke to Kris on the feedback hotline. Corporate told us. That sucks; try ordering online. And wouldn’t comprehend that the online and in store discounts aren’t the same. And corporate wouldn’t give us any compensation for calling 4x. Called at 8:39p. Just hung up on. Called at 8:40p. Got hung up on again. Called at 8:47p. Lasted 17m, and nothing was ordered or charged. Called at 9:07p. Just to find out it was all a complete waste of time. Called feedback line at 9:11, for 14 min and it resulted in Pizza Hut losing a $50 sale and approximately 5 customers.
