  Walked in, stood at the register for a few minutes, got no help so I went next door got Mc Donald's I was trying to place an order before I had to sit at the cell phone store for half an hour. Thanks

  Gave an estimated time of an hour for delivery. Ok no problem. The Papa Tracker never updated and after an hour and a half, we called to get an update and found out our pizza hadn't even been started yet. No explanation, no apology. The lack of communication and basic customer service was unbelievable.

  Austin the GM (General Manager) for Store #1262 on Freedom Drive, Springfield Illinois is a VERY hard working manager and team leader for this store... period! So why am I taking time out of my busy schedule to write this review... it is because every time myself and family had ordered a pizza, and had any problem with an order... it was Mr. Austin the GM who made everything good and correct!   They don't wear gloves here, when overwhelmed, everyone in the store shuts down and refuses to even acknowledge customers, just complete silence. THEY DON'T WEAR GLOVES! When asked about it, was told it is company policy gloves are OPTIONAL since the food "goes through the oven". GROSSSSSSSSSS
