  Let me preface this with, I was talking with someone about how McDonalds has changed and not really geared to kids. Well this place took the kids thing to an unexpected level. Walk in and not the most friendly staff but not outright rude so its kind of what's expected from fast food anymore. However, what came next was the best part. Ordered my food and went to get my drink, absolutely everything in the drink area was covered in sticky liquid, kind of like they wanted a toddler fixed your drink motif. If so they nailed it. Not sure how you can have that much soda in so many different stages of drying to stickyness.So without letting my cup hit anything got my drink and started for a table. Every table had a nice sticky layer. I can only guess they had toddlers finger painting with ketchup or drinks. Yeah for creative kids art. So after wiping off the seat from what I can only guess is kids left over paints, I sat down. I know I probably shouldn't but I needed to eat after a stressful day. The best part was as I take my first bite, I hear three workers in a loud conversation, I assume at least one was in charge cause the shirt was a different color and back in the day that identified them as in charge. I get to listen to them discussing who has diarrhea and who has it worse. Not sure if it was them or other workers or maybe the kids at home to keep up the small child motif. At this point I'm only hoping they actually follow the sign in every restaurant bathroom. Yeah McDonald's, stop for the kids motifs and stay for the conversation.

  It started with the person taking the oder with a headset volume turned down so you barely could hear her. Then after pulling to the window she excused herself n came back 2min later to take my payment. Upon pulling up to the next window to get my food, the fries weren't ready, so more waiting. When the food came, No Drink .. SooOoo More Waiting! I failed to look in the bag SooOoo, I didn't find out I didn't get my sweet n sour sauce for the 6 piece Nugents. Also No napkins where in the bag. This location is the worst in town for All of these reasons, that's saying something as the 5th street n South Grand location has Always held that distinction. 🫵🐻*Things Definitely Need To Change Here!

  Malina and keira have amazing customer service! Knowledgeable, professional and extremely patient and helpful! The only issue is that their service kind of upstages the food! Making this my home mcdonald's!
