I then pull to the front where the Manager is and she just looking at me then a associate comes to the window to say they need 10 more min at 6:30am. Very rude by not responding to customers in drive thru

You will also frequently receive undercooked or overcooked food. I don't know if their employees can't read or listen. But maybe they should learn.
