  The past two times that I have ordered you guys have gotten my sandwhich wrong. Last time I went back but this time I’m not. Last time you guys forgot to put the meat on my sandwhich. Today you forgot to add a few customizations. I don’t get what the issue is. I have ordered from this location quite a bit and never had any issue until recently. I’m not sure why things have gone down hill. These sandwhiches are 10 dollars or more a piece the least you can do is get the order accurate and correct.

  My order is never correct. They never do the modifications and I rarely get my drink. Have learned my lesson from ordering here and I’ll not be wasting my hard earned money here again. Absolutely crazy

  This is a chain sandwich shop, so what you see is what you get. That said, this store is usually clean, the service is good and the bread is fresh. The bathrooms are clean. Overall it is a good Jimmy John's to go to. They are fast, of course! I almost always get the Vito, and the avocado spread is green and fresh every time.
