  Terrible customer service. I placed an online pick up order. After about 10 minutes, I checked in with the cashier to confirm they had received my order. He told me that they had and that they were busy so it was going to take them longer to fulfill my order. I understood and sat down to wait. After another 40 minutes I checked on my food again and the cashier told me that my order still wasn’t being prepared. If I had been informed the first time that I checked in on my order that the wait time was over an hour, I would have canceled my order then and there. My lunch hour was over at this point and a different worker told me that my only option was to keep waiting or cancel my order. I was already late for work, so even though I didn’t have my food, I canceled my order and left. They did not even offer a bag of chips or a cookie, even though she knew that I was leaving hungry and empty-handed after wasting my entire lunch hour at their restaurant.

  I started ordering from here since starting to work downtown. Each time it gets worse. I rarely get my drink, and you can’t add anything onto the sandwich. Each time I’ve added something it has been ignored. I have learned my lesson and will not be ordering from them again. A waste of money

  Avoid at all costs. Waited over 2 hours, tried canceling my order by calling in and was rudely hung up on. Go to Head West 2 blocks south.

  I literally asked for no tomato. The cashier told the sandwich maker no tomatoes and she literally put tomatoes on my sandwich. I probably not be back.
