I said I wouldn't pay it because the menu does not say anything about it. The man threw away my bowl and made me remake it. Then, they added 2 drinks and chips even though we said no to chips and asked for a water. They need some customer service training, an updated menu, and to turn down their music so they can actually hear me. Oh and update, food is cold and he put hardly ANY protein in my bowl. Never coming back... I will stick with the west side location!
