- JMJon MJul 11, 20261.0Placed a pickup order for 3:50 pm. Got to the window and sat for 6 minutes before anyone came to open it. Man opened the window and said “Andrew” and I said no that’s not mine. Told him my name and he walked away. He shouted from across the restaurant coming up. Finally got my order and he apologized for the wait. I got back and my tacos had no protein in them, and were extremely sloppy. I called the restaurant and explained the situation. The man immediately said. I’ll pull up your order, but you did not select a protein.” I corrected him again, and said yes I did, he looked again. He said ok would you like us to make it again. He never apologized or offered anything else to make up for the poor service or mistake. I got back to the restaurant, and waited a couple minutes and finally received the corrected tacos. I did not begin eating until 5pm and I placed my order for 3:50 pm. I would have expected a free drink, chips, additional tacos, or something to make up for the numerous mistakes. The service was not what it should have been from the start, slow and unfriendly. After waiting they got the order wrong. Did not deal with the problem well or even seem very apologetic. I would expect service and food from chipotle to be at a high level. But in this case both were no where near.

Dining area wasn't super clean eg. we saw food on the floor near an empty table right in front of the ordering area (they cleaned it up in front of us later), there were some crumbs on tables. Music was too loud.
