  Food was okay but staff was terrible. Everyone was arguing about who did which task. Half of the options were not available because no one was cooking and the staff hardly put our meals together properly. Our quesadilla cheese was not even melted. Will not come back to this location.

  I ordered through DoorDash at 10pm you don’t close till 11pm !! I ordered a bowl with extra guacamole and then chips with a side of guacamole! I received my order with no guacamole at all ! Not on the bowl or the side for the chips ! Yall are so lazy and dirty up there you should have declined my order if you didn’t have or wanna make the guacamole! I don’t eat my bowls without guacamole so I don’t even want this wasted 41 dollars just lazy, and inconsiderate, ughh oh they gave me some stale chips. Like damn can yall do anything right ?

  The bowl I bought was delicious!! 😋 My bowl was filled to the top like it should be at the Chipotle on N. Dirksen Pkwy, Springfield, IL. ( apprx 11 miles drive from where I live too) Thank you!! 5+ STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👉The Chipotle Restaurant I went to on West Wabash is closeer to my house only to get "half way full or less" bowls each time I went there I stopped going to this Chipotle on W. Wabash b'cuz of this. Too "expensive for a half bowl" that did not fill me up at all -5 STARS 🤨

  I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from the general manager name Glenn Desmond at this location. Yes, I arrived later than my scheduled pickup time, and I take responsibility for that. However, my order was already PAID FOR, and I was driving 30 minutes to pick it up. The manager called me asking if I was even coming to get my order because they were “about to throw it away,” and his tone was incredibly rude and disrespectful. There is absolutely no reason a manager should speak to a paying customer that way. A simple, “Hi, we noticed your order hasn’t been picked up yet. Are you still coming?” would have handled the situation professionally. Instead, I drove 30 minutes to pick up food I had already paid for only to be treated like I was an inconvenience. Being late for pickup does not give a manager an excuse to be rude or condescending. If this is how management handles a minor situation, I can only imagine how other customer concerns are handled. Very disappointing experience and definitely not the level of customer service I expect from Chipotle.

  this was my first visit to this location, i was on break and had put a scheduled pickup order in and they had someone inexperienced on the register. the chipotle app told me the order would be waiting for me on the shelf but i had to wait in line behind 1 person for 10 minutes because the person on register was having trouble doing a split payment. this location seemed to be fully staffed and by the time they were ready to serve me, they had 3 orders ready to be rung up. train your staff and put pickup orders where they belong. i dont care if you deal with theft, a cashier should not have to leave their station to go all the way to the back of the store to grab my pickup order while im starving and on a time crunch when i already took the necessary steps to avoid any of this from happening. i made a pickup order. it was ready when i got there. put the order on the shelf where the app states it will be located. i swear lack of training will be the death of these corporations, get it together - seriously.
