I followed the proper zipper merge process, allowing one vehicle to merge ahead of me, when another driver attempted to cut me off and began honking. Two employees witnessed the situation, but I was incorrectly told that I was not following the zipper merge correctly. My dash cam footage clearly shows that I had a blue car ahead of me, allowed a black car to merge, and then another vehicle attempted to force its way in. I’m disappointed with how the situation was handled.
