    Used to be good, but definitely changed. Keep giving them chances, but done this time. Tough, tasteless roast beef, with barely any on the sandwich

    It's 100 degrees out and I get 2 pieces of ice in my drink. Just pass this place up.

    Food quality was fine. I visted twice this week as the first time my drive thru order was wrong. Gave it another chance and not only was the order wrong again but it was a smaller size than what I paid for. Both times the drive-thru moved at a crawl. One of the worst run Arby's i've ever experienced.
