  So I spent $56.92 I wanted a orange n vanilla shake, but the shake machine was broke so I ordered 2 Sprites got 1, 1 Fanta, 1 order of peach Cobbler rolls I guess they was like spring rolls, the outer crust tasted like they either sprayed a cleaning agent near it or the surface it was on had it on it. I also ordered a cheese steak sandwich I guess I’m not going to call it a hoagie or a Philly cheese steak because this sandwich is an embarrassment to the culture the bread was thick enough to hold all the cheese that was equivalent to the the meat maybe more & it wasn’t fresh it had to be there about 4 hours before I got there, then I got a 3 piece chicken strip that was like eating some juicy pretzels, then I got a order of the gummiest Mac n cheese I have ever tasted with the same cheese that was on the cheese steak n I was confused cause I didn’t know if the noodles was under cooked or the moisture had been absorbed from the heat lamps but when I saw the container had burn marks in the bottom I knew just then them employees ain’t getting paid enough but overall it tasted better than the cheese steak by far, then I got a club chicken or something like that it had white cheese bacon & the thinnest crunchiest chicken another pretzel meat & the soggiest tomatoes that should have been in a can of soup & the chicken could have substituted for exquisite crackers, then I got 2 beef n cheddars that was the best part of the meal. Now when I say we was hungry we had been running taking care of business in that heat & my 15 year old had her first day of orientation at McDonalds and my 2 & 3 yo was hanging out with my while I did paperwork for court & I donated plasma earlier that day we was hungry, not rich but we skipped over McDonalds to eat some trash & because I got the best two sandwiches guess who didn’t eat but I woke up later to find out they ate that trash food. So when you think of your customers Arby think of us cause if y’all wouldn’t eat it don’t serve it & especially for $56.92 ! I grew up on Arby’s but everybody talking bad but I’m one to speak on my own experience & this is one I wish I never had! Thanx

  We go in here quite a bit. There’s a young man that works in there and he has to be the most nicest young man that I have Ever came across with customer service. He helps you he’s nice he smiles. He’s just a very happy person. We have him in drive-through and we get him in dining and with the way the world is today. It’s always nice to see a smiling face and when you’re spending money with a food establishment customer service really matters and he gives you excellent Customer service along with the whole staff here we have never had bad food. We always ring that bell, and with that being said, we will always be faithful customers to this establishment.
