  The employees here are super nice and they provide amazing service everytime. The food is always super good and hot. The managers make sure you have everything you need. Also, Lucy makes the best drinks and makes the environment welcoming.

  Terrible. One time gave me a mcdouble with only one patty, was smushed and the bun was crunchy? Then came here in the only car in the drive through and waited 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and a sprite. Literallt watched this pink haired manager and younger girl mess around for 20 minutes before getting my food cold.

  I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to the Spring Grove McDonald’s and especially Lucille. Every single time I go through the drive-thru and happen to see her, she is genuinely one of the kindest and most wonderful people I interact with all day. Not even just at McDonald’s, honestly just in general. She’s always efficient, friendly, patient, and just has a way of making people feel welcomed and appreciated. You can tell she truly cares about people and takes pride in what she does. The whole world would honestly be a much happier place if more folks were as kind as Lucille. Thank you for always being so consistently awesome.

  They gave me an iced coffee that was 3/4 full. And no fruit/raisins with the fruit and maple oatmeal. (No utensils either) When I asked to have my coffee filled properly he rolled his eyes at me and just added coffee to the cup. Instead of remaking the iced coffee. I hope he didn't tamper with it. 🙄 <--- my eye roll.

  The service people are very friendly mainly the lady in the evening at the first Window she is so sweet, But it takes roughly 10 to 15 minutes to get through this drive-thru and it’s a hassle, food quality is hit or miss.
