- ACAnn CunninghamSep 4, 20265.0Susan M checked me out. Unfortunately, there were multiple problems with the “clipped” deals. Mostly user error on my part. A package of cheese, which I thought was on sale didn’t ring up as such-again my error. Susan called for price checks, taught me easier ways to use the app (scan barcode) and remained calm and professional as frustrations mounted. After the transaction was finished I realized that she hadn’t taken the cost of my cheese off my bil. A very simple mistake considering how problematic the experience was. I went to the Customer Service desk and they were prompt and kind. I could not have been more impressed by Susan. I wish their were more people in the world like her.

They’ve been running the deal for decades but still trying to figure out how to provide what they offer. It’s a shock to them every Friday that people swarm them for 10.00 buckets of chicken. Never prepared always a long wait. In their deli area. Don’t offer what you can’t provide and Fridays would be much easier process without disappointment. The last two Fridays they’ve ran out of chicken on Friday. You know the Fridays they know are coming every week? But seem to have it ready again on Saturdays. Don’t offer it if you can’t staff or provide for the demand. Otherwise awesome 🤩 Chicago stores know how to accommodate and supply for the demand of Fridays chicken deal. But spring grove is still figuring it out.

I was told today, July 1 that the 81oz Gain laundry detergent was not included in the 7.99 deal. I said, yes it is in the add and there is a sign in front of it in the aisle . I got the add and showed the worker the add and told them to fix their system. It is annoying and they are losing sales! Why not be like Target, put your phone number in and you automatically get the deal being a member ! Easy ! I will travel to meijer in mchenry now I’m sooo fed up ! Listen to the customer !
