  It's been awhile since i been to a Pizza Hut. So I must ask, Since when did it become self serve? I know its always been the waitresses job to serve drinks not the customer get up and serve themselves...I would understand if it was packed and a full house but when it's dead and only 4 customers I find that ridiculous. The last time I had Pizza Hut in Sparta was at the old location and the waitresses were always on top dead or busy they always kept up with making sure customers were good on drinks or anything else. Secondly the buffet was disappointing ,Poorly up kept with food and hard bread sticks, Next time I'm here I would hope my next order is on the house..

  After the app/website was a fail to order with I called to place an order. . . Was told they were very busy and that it would be # minutes. . .I still showed up earlier than my quoted time. . . pizzas were cold already. Breadsticks not even cut, wings not sauced. . .next time I'll make the drive for Domino's.

  Past 2 times I've ordered it was made wrong. Ordered 3 topping hand toss extra cheese and extra sauce and there was was barely any sauce. Ordered a melt with no pork no ham and had everything on it and asked for a garlic dip added to order and gave me extra marinara instead Edit... Was good for a few orders but once again 10/21/25 ordered extra sauce and hardly any sauce on my pizza

  We ordered two pizzas, we asked for extra sauce, and when we got home and started to eat them.there was no sauce at all
