  The thin pizza special was way to thin. You couldn't eat it by hand. It was a fork needed pizza experience.

  I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this Pizza Hut location. My order was placed and paid for over the phone before I arrived. When I got to the store, an employee insisted my order had been canceled, even though there were two screens visible—one showing canceled and another showing the order due and ready. After asking them to check again, they finally looked in the oven, and my pizza had been there the entire time, ready for pickup. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or apologizing, the interaction escalated. Employees became unprofessional and argumentative, and spoke with profanity. No customer should be spoken to that way, especially after a mistake that was entirely preventable. I expect better training, better communication, and a higher standard of professionalism from employees representing the Pizza Hut brand. I hope corporate reviews this incident and addresses the customer service at this location.

  Had 2 large pizza and bone in wings. Food tasted like frozen pizza. Cashier did not even bother to greet us. And told us to order online…

  Terrible service and zero accountability. I placed an online order, and the store delivered the completely wrong items. I attempted to call the storefront multiple times to get the issue resolved, but nobody answered the phone. When I contacted corporate support via their website chat, I was told they could not help me and that my only option was to call the unresponsive store directly. I paid for food I never received, and the staff is completely unreachable. Avoid ordering from this location unless you want to waste your money.

  Let me just say this is the first time that I’ve ever been to a Pizza Hut where the energy was infectious and the staff blew me away. I personally dealt with two people Reina and Bernard and let me just tell you they were fantastic! With my past experience with Pizza Hut, not being where it needed to be, They definitely raised the bar. Thank you to both of them for their smile their energy and their customer service.
