- PMPatricia MolinaJun 9, 20262.0I come here all the time and as much as I would like to leave a good review I have a couple issues with this Dunkin. First of all I order the refreshers all the time (banana strawberry daydream refresher and the double strawberry daydream refresher) you'd think that hey the double daydream refresher is called that because it has one, cold foam and two, the strawberry drink itself but why Everytime I order it they give me normal cold foam?? Then they try to lecture me that I have to order the strawberry foam specifically even though that's literally how the drink is made. They did the same thing for my banana strawberry daydream, they would hand me the strawberry drink with normal cold foam..like where's the banana in the mix?? It's obviously the cold foam. Doesn't make sense to me. They let you order things without actually having them and they won't even let you know, they'll just substitute it without asking, personally I think that's messed up. If you don't have what I want that's fine just tell me. The drinks are good I will say that, just lack of communication and understanding of their refreshers.

I placed a mobile drive-thru order for a refresher, but realized at pickup that I had accidentally selected the wrong flavor in the app. I politely asked if I could exchange it for another refresher of the same size and price, and explained that I had simply made a mistake ordering. The manager was very rude and difficult to communicate with, repeatedly telling me “no” without clearly explaining why. It seemed like he misunderstood what I was asking, even though I was not claiming the drink was made incorrectly or asking for anything more expensive. Another employee was much more polite and tried to help, but I ultimately had to pay for a second drink anyway. I was also never given a receipt, and after checking my bank account later, it appears I may have been charged twice for the second drink. I understand mobile orders may have limitations, but the poor communication, rude customer service, lack of receipt, and possible duplicate charge made this a very disappointing experience.
