  I had a frustrating experience at this Dunkin location today. I placed a mobile drive-thru order for a refresher, but realized at pickup that I had accidentally selected the wrong flavor in the app. I politely asked if I could exchange it for another refresher of the same size and price, and explained that I had simply made a mistake ordering. The manager was very rude and difficult to communicate with, repeatedly telling me “no” without clearly explaining why. It seemed like he misunderstood what I was asking, even though I was not claiming the drink was made incorrectly or asking for anything more expensive. Another employee was much more polite and tried to help, but I ultimately had to pay for a second drink anyway. I was also never given a receipt, and after checking my bank account later, it appears I may have been charged twice for the second drink. I understand mobile orders may have limitations, but the poor communication, rude customer service, lack of receipt, and possible duplicate charge made this a very disappointing experience.

  I absolutely love this Dunkin donut! They always greet me when I come in with a smile. The know what I want and they make sure I don’t forget anything!
