    we come in at 9 they closed at 11 they said mo chicken, steak, no beans. like so basically nothing and its 2 hr until closing

    There was a young black lady working when I came in she was awesome in getting the line down and getting orders out she was a superstar im sorry I forgot her name it was something with a C . her name is unique when I find out her name imma come back.But anyways she gets 10 stars from me she was excellent Chipotle lucky to have her.

    Me and a co-worker got lunch delivered from this location yesterday. I got a steak quesadilla with sour cream, tomato salsa and cilantro lime sauce. They had run out of steak (I've never heard of a Chipotle running out of steak before), and without asking substituted chicken which would have been my last choice. The food came and sides were almost completely wrong. I got the sour cream but the other two sides they gave me were white rice and black beans. I paid extra for the cilantro lime sauce and didn't get it. To top it all off this order was $50, for 2 people to have a fast food lunch! This was the worst experience I've had at ANY restaurant in a long while. I will avoid this Chipotle location in the future, and based on my experience other people should too.

    I have decided to stop coming to this location because of how awful each experience is even though this is the closest Chipotle to me. I never had problems with my food since I would go inside the restaurant to order, but the service is always terrible and tables are never cleaned. Every time I go in, there's a huge line. I don't mind waiting (but lots of others end up leaving), but I've come to realize the staff prioritize mobile orders over customers in the restaurant. I have seen 4-5 employees work in the mobile order station and only 1 or maybe 2 employees for actual customers, which would explain their long lines. They also almost never have anyone working on the grill or food prep even though I usually go in 3-4 hours before close. Because of this, they run out of ingredients FAST and either have a sign posted on their doors or have to tell every customer in line that they're out of certain ingredients. I have never gone in without this being the case. It also doesn't help that they overload on portions, which some may argue is a good thing (and why I'm giving an extra star lol), but then they don't prep more food to replenish. Finally, when the ingredients run out for restaurant customers, we are told we can't take from the mobile order station because those ingredients are reserved for mobile orders only. However, I have seen on 2 occasions that the staff takes from the in-restaurant ingredients to use in their mobile orders when they run out in their station. Make it make sense. They literally ran out of carnitas by the time I got to the front of the line because I saw staff taking it for multiple mobile orders while I was waiting 15 minutes in line and they obviously didn't make more. I used to love Chipotle so this is super disappointing.

    I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at one of your locations. Unfortunately, this is now my second negative experience at a Chipotle restaurant, and I feel the issues need to be addressed seriously. I visited this location using rewards I received after a previous Chipotle in Munster mishandled my order and provided poor customer service. Upon arriving at this location, the first thing I noticed was that the floor was soaking wet, and customers had to walk through a puddle just to get through the line. While I did appreciate that the music was not blasting loudly like other locations I’ve visited, the overall experience quickly became frustrating. The line was very long, and I overheard multiple customers leaving because the restaurant kept running out of steak. When the customer in front of me got to the counter, the employee stated there was “no steak” and “no black beans.” When it became my turn, I had to ask myself what items were actually available instead of employees clearly communicating shortages to the line ahead of time. I mentioned that I am a Google reviewer and explained that I came to this location because the previous Chipotle location had messed up my order and treated me poorly. Unfortunately, the attitude I received here was not much better. The young lady preparing our food appeared irritated whenever we asked questions about unavailable items or substitutions. I ordered three entrées — two bowls and one burrito — and used two free guacamole rewards. The portions were extremely skimpy, especially considering the number of unavailable ingredients. No employees were wearing visible name tags, which made accountability difficult. Another major disappointment was learning that there were no sauces available because they “didn’t temp properly.” I especially enjoy the vinaigrette, and I was told it was available on the to-go side, but employees could supposedly “get in trouble” for giving it to dine-in customers. That explanation made very little sense from a customer perspective. Additionally, customers repeatedly had to ask how long it would take for steak to be ready instead of staff proactively informing people waiting in line. From conversations overheard inside the restaurant, it sounded like the staff may have been in the middle of a shift change, but that should not negatively impact the customer experience. I also cannot ignore the uncomfortable feeling I experienced during this visit. As someone who is openly LGBT, I truly hope the treatment and attitudes I encountered were not influenced by discrimination or bias in any way. Regardless, the overall environment felt unwelcoming and dismissive.
