Staff manager was rude to customers when they made things wrong had to listen to 3 customer argue with the manager. My food came out wrong also. I order a diet coke and I asked if it was a regular or diet coke. They told me they think it was a regular like I order. I showed the my recit which show a diet coke. Then I asked them to remake it so it was a diet coke.she wanted to debut what I ordered is what they gave mya regular coke. I proceeded to tell her my recit shows diet and I'm a diabetic and can not drink regular coke. I am a big fan of McDonalds but I will not be in a big hurry to return to McDonald's
Just had my last bad experience here.
We went through the drive-thru just before 10 pm. We ordered one caramel sundae and one chocolate sundae. Paid $7.65 cash. When we moved to the next window, they gave us one chocolate sundae and one caramel frappé. I told the person at the window that's not what we ordered. I looked at my receipt; we were charged for a frappé, not a sundae. I gave him back the frappé that we didn't order. He gave me a caramel sundae.
Then someone apparently a supervisor appeared. She was hostile toward me. Said we don't get the sundae for free. WTH?! I repeated that we had ordered two sundaes, not a frappé. She repeated that we don't get the sundae for free. I handed her the receipt, which she kept. I asked repeatedly how much we owe for their mistake. No answer.
So there was no apology for their mistake on our order. And no effort from the supervisor to acknowledge the mistake, especially since the frappé was likely more expensive than the sundae.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD HERE. We will not be back.

That sounds frustrating, especially after buying food for five people and dining in. If you want to post publicly, sticking to the facts usually gets the best response:
Today my family of five ate lunch at the McDonald's on McLean Blvd. After spending over $60 and finishing our meal, my husband went to the counter to get some napkins.
He waited at the counter for about two minutes before a manager who was sitting in a booth came over. When he asked where he could get napkins, he was told, "No, they're too expensive," and was handed a single napkin.
I'm curious whether this is actually the policy at this location. We understand businesses need to control costs, but providing customers with napkins after purchasing a meal seems like a reasonable expectation.
I'd appreciate a response from management.
Ever since this McDonald’s changed ownership the service has been abysmal. Multiple items missing from every order we have made, sometimes entire sandwiches. I once received a Big Arch burger with no burger patties, and any side items (sauces, apples, cookies, etc.), just know ahead of time you aren’t getting those. If you still end up at this location CHECK YOUR BAGS before driving home.

I visited this McDonalds twice this week and I will not be back. My first visit earlier in the week, my order was wrong and I didn't receive everything I ordered. I just stopped in again today and again my order was incorrect, is it that hard?
