  Don’t use for catering!!! unless you enjoy being stressed out prior to your party!! getting notified 20 mins before your party that your orders “out of stock” on fried chicken and deli sandwiches that you preordered a week in advance and pre paid for really was a great experience NOT!!! The manager is SO rude, told me “we’re really busy” and “short-staffed” um don’t take a catering order you can’t fulfill then???? NEVER AGAIN!

  Sale tag is misleading, but aside from that, staff member helped but was not correct in the info of the sale. Additionally, a customer came to same staff member helping me and asked "how is this guy even employed here. He's an absolute idiot" (referring to another staff member) in which he replied saying he agreed, has to deal with it for 4 hours a shift every shift because they are scheduled together ect. Thought that was quite unprofessional.. not going to mention names or anything to get anyone in trouble.. however I hope they can figure out a way for employees to express concerns that can be handled professionally in which other staff members can receive the training they're not receiving, if their performance is showing this outcome. Additionally, i hope the current employees change the view on other co workers and maybe offer a solution to whatever issue going on. Aside from the co worker bash, he was helpful and patient with me in regards to the rib deal. Neutral experience overall.

  🚨🚨🚨 I would not recommend this Jewel-Osco location to anyone. The store is consistently dirty and poorly maintained, and the produce is rarely fresh. Every time I shop here, I find fruits and vegetables that look old or are already going bad. The deli service is also extremely slow. Whether you're waiting for chicken or any other deli item, be prepared to stand around for a long time. On top of that, many of the employees (especially near the checkout area) have unfriendly attitudes and provide poor customer service. No friendly smiles, just long death stares. This location needs serious improvements in cleanliness, product quality, CUSTOMER SERVICE, and overall management. There are much better grocery stores in the area. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else!

  Prices at jewel are 20-30% higher than Meier, Caputo's or Walmart and yet they still make the decision to grossly understaff their stores. Why? Because they don't care and haven't in a long, long time Saturday night before mother's day. Full store. One (1) register open. I come here because I'm a few minutes closer, but never again. Never again. You only want to open one register and leave the rest for your customers to check themselves out, fine. Give them an employee discount because they are doing a job you should be paying one of your employees to do!!!
