Because they don't care and haven't in a long, long time Saturday night before mother's day. Full store. One (1) register open. I come here because I'm a few minutes closer, but never again. Never again. You only want to open one register and leave the rest for your customers to check themselves out, fine. Give them an employee discount because they are doing a job you should be paying one of your employees to do!!!

I’ve done my fair share of late night pickups and they are always so accommodating. Ryan went out of his way to bring me my Easter Lily. Gently placed them in the trunk ensuring to take care of the plants. It warms my heart to have this wonderful Jewel available to us. It makes our lives ten times easier to have grocery pickup. Truly grateful!

The deli is NEVER staffed appropriately, especially during peak times. I spoke with the deli manager, Cynthia today. I gave her specific examples. I even told her one of the workers was eating cookies while managing the chicken on a Friday around 4:00. OSHA?? She listened but I did not get a sense that things would turn around. Unfortunately she has been there a little over a year which is the timeframe the service level has dropped.
