I was not acknowledged and completely ignored by 2 employees for over 5 minutes while waiting at the counter. When I finally got someone's attention, I asked nicely, "How can I place an order?" One employee said rudely, "you have to wait." The other said, "It'll be a few minutes, sweetie". In the meantime, there were 3 other people in line behind me. They kept placing all of the mobile and drive thru orders first, regardless of the order of arrival. Because I had to be at work I ended up leaving and going to the other location down the street in South Elgin. There were more people there (customers and employees) and I placed my order within 1 minute and was greeted with a smile when I went inside. They had a dedicated person at the register and 8 or 9 employees. This location only had 3 or 4. The manager needs to manage the flow of people better and hire more employees for peak hours. The staff couldn't keep up. It was not a good experience. This franchise did not meet basic Dunkin standards.
