  Whoever runs this store is clueless. 1. At 7:30 the counter attendant says they're out of meat unless we use a mobile order. So 15 people in line had to mobile order which is completely stupid to waste people's time. Either you sell the food or you dont. 2. The inside was a total mess. Nobody is taking any care to keep it maintained at all. Not 1 clean table to eat at and the floors had food gloves and food scattered throughout. If this is what they present inside im scared to know how it really looks in the back of the house. Should be 0 stars

  Just did an online order. The wait was an hour when I got there for for my pick up. The manager didn’t even come out when I asked for a manager. End up canceling my food after a half hour of waiting couldn’t understand people were waiting over an hour for their food. That’s supposed to be fast food. This location always disappoints me.

  This is by far the worst Chipotle location. Every single worker at this location is incompetent and does not know the first thing about customer service. I will never be going to this location again because of how terrible the workers were on the night of 09/23/2026. Worst workers EVERR!!

  Very disappointed. Can you please train your people on portion sizes? My veggie burrito bowl was like eating rice, beans and sour cream with occasional pieces of corn or tomato. Absolutely no flavor. We pay good amount of money for a veggie bowl, at least make it taste edible? The guy was barely putting any corn or mild salsa and guacamole on it. How many times can you ask them to add more stuff?? AND TO TOP IT OFF, WHEN MY SON WAS EATING IT, HE GOT A OIECE OF NAIL, EXACT SHAPE OF A CUT NAIL. I AM ATTACHING A PICTURE WITH THE NAIL PIECES. WE CUT IT TONFIGURE IUTNWHAT IT WAS BUT HE CALLED IT FROM THE GET GO THAT IT WAS A NAIL. SO HE COULDN’T EVEN EAT THE REST OF HIS BOWL.

  Absolutely foul food. Completely inedible.I don't know what is going on at this Chipotle location, but this was hands down the worst meal I have ever ordered.The Bowl: They barely gave me any rice and beans—the bowl was mostly empty air. To make it worse, the rice had absolutely no seasoning. It tasted like plain, unwashed white rice.The Guacamole: This was genuinely alarming. The guacamole was literally black in color and completely tasteless. It looked like it had been sitting out uncovered for days.The Cheese Quesadilla: It wasn't even properly cooked. The tortilla was soggy and the cheese inside wasn't fully melted. It was a rubbery, unappetizing mess.The Chili Lime Chips: I paid extra for a bag of crumbs. Every single chip was completely broken and pulverized into tiny pieces. I couldn't even scoop up the oxidized, black guac if I wanted to.A total waste of money and a massive disappointment. Avoid this location at all costs.
