- SJStephanie JohnsonSep 26, 20261.0I had a horrible experience with this store location. I utilized their delivery services on Friday, September 18th to deliver groceries. The delivery service they utilized delivered my groceries to the wrong address. I immediately called and reported the incident and provided proof that the address in question was incorrect. My request for a refund was denied by them three times. I have escalated this incident to corporate and social media due to the inconvenience and hardship this entire incident has caused me.

- ERE. ŦörpelAug 17, 20262.0I'm only giving this Jewel-Osco a 2-star review because I feel a lot of the employees are generally nice and helpful. That being said....this store is WAY too small. People are constantly bumping into one another and having to wait for the person in front of them to leave the isle before you can get to where you need to be. They also HAVE baskets but don't supply them to customers. They forcee you to use the giant carts even though it's such a small store. If you'd like to use the smaller carts, those pretty much stay in the parking lot all day. On top of all of this...the PRICES! They're ridiculous! They blame it on people stealing constantly. (which they let them do because they're 'not allowed' to stop them) I've seen plenty of other Jewel stores that have theft issues hire security guards. They also try to hold off on expiration dates until the last possible day (probably to save money) If the owners of this store can't run it properly they should just sell it already so the people in the surrounding communites don't have to suffer anymore, considering this is the only grocery store around that has most things you'd need.
