  I just watched the Mgr.pull out a bagel from yesterday's free stuff for the homeless,and sell it!? The Mens bathroom are always dirty here too.

  I ordered a salad at Panera and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. They forgot to add the dressing, and when I asked for it, the employees were making fun of me because I didn’t know the exact name of the sauce. That was very rude and uncomfortable. Also, my salad was missing rice, and when I asked them to add it, instead of giving the normal portion they added an excessive amount in a mocking way. I go to Panera almost every day, and other locations are never like this. But the employees at this location were very disrespectful and unprofessional. Honestly, after this experience, I don’t even want to come back to this location anymore.

  I was incredibly disappointed with both the products and the service on Friday. At 7:15 am they were completely out of half of the bagel types I tried to order. Okay fine, I can live with that but when I ask for sliced and toasted and you hand me 4 whole bagels thrown into a bag cold you have now created more work for me during the chaos of early morning drop off. I'm also not sure if this is a recent change but the bagels were terrible. They were cakey and tasted more like pastry than an asiago cheese bagel . And the girl at the window was just miserable. I am over Panera there are far better places for breakfast and bagels

  I placed an order for I thought pick up but I am on 3 hours of sleep because I worked a double so my mistake it wasn’t for drive thru. So the person who is taking care of me goes “ this time we will give it to you next we won’t you have to come in “ as if it was such a hassle. So okay next time I accidentally did the same thing. Again, working doubles back to back. Tired. I pick up my order at the counter and get back to work. When I arrive my order is incomplete. My apples are missing in the oatmeal. My sauces I requested for my salads are missing. It’s the little things but it makes a difference and believe it or not peoples attitudes when you’re already having a long day yourself.

  I’m very disappointed with my experience at Panera Bread. I ordered my regular iced coffee with real sugar and clearly asked for no sweet syrups due to a stomach sensitivity that causes me pain and discomfort. Unfortunately, when I got to work and took a sip, it was clear the drink had syrup in it—not what I requested. I immediately called the store and spoke with someone named Jessica. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told none were available and that she could take a message. After explaining the situation, her response was, “Okay, what do you want us to do?” I simply asked that a manager be informed and call me back. Instead, she said “okay” and hung up without even asking for my name or number. Now I’m dealing with stomach issues for the rest of the day, along with frustration from the poor customer service. Very disappointing experience—both in terms of order accuracy and how the situation was handled
