Not even a we apologize sir or would you like anything else. This is not my first time there and I didn’t want to write this but everytime I’ve been here it’s always a bad experience no customer service and everyone looks lost. Come on Dunkin where is the customer service. You definitely won’t be seeing my face there again. Step your game up.

Did no one else noticed ? This place is getting trashy…. I would like to say there are a few employees that are very kind and usually make our trip for a donut enjoyable, they are very nice and patient with my toddler . But the place itself seems to be declining….

Workers at this location are consistently extremely slow, and even a single drink can take 15–20 minutes every time. There seems to be no sense of urgency, organization, or accountability. Employees often appear unsure of what they’re doing, wandering around, talking amongst themselves, or not actively helping customers. It honestly feels like there is no manager or person in charge making sure the team is properly trained, guided, or held accountable. On top of the long wait times, customers are made to feel unwelcome — like we are interrupting employees rather than being valued customers. A lack of leadership and customer service standards is very noticeable at this location. I hope Dunkin’ corporate and management take a closer look at what is happening here because this level of service is unacceptable and this location clearly needs improvement
