- AFAneesa Fatima3 days ago1.0I visited the drive-thru on Friday, July 3, 2026, between approximately 9:45 PM and 9:50 PM. I ordered one scoop of Jamoca Almond Fudge ice cream, but the employee had to ask me several times how many scoops I wanted, even though I had already stated my order clearly. While I was waiting at the drive-thru window, the employees appeared distracted by a conversation unrelated to my order instead of focusing on serving customers. When I received my order, the ice cream was missing the almonds/pecans typically included with the flavor, and I was not given a spoon or napkins. I had to ask for them before leaving. During the interaction, the employees were laughing and talking with each other and the lady at the window was playing with two tiny insects that she reported came from window, which made me feel uncomfortable and as though my concerns were not being taken seriously. The most upsetting part of my visit was the customer service, when a lady bang the window on my face and asked me to leave. I found that behavior was unnecessary and hurtful. I left feeling disappointed and disrespected. By the time I got home, I had lost my appetite and did not even want to eat the ice cream I had purchased. I hope management reviews this incident and provides additional customer service training to ensure that every customer is treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. A positive customer experience should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit. I hope the branch owners Mr. Kareem or Mrs. Seema look into this matter seriously and I hope appropriate steps will be taken to ensure that other customers do not have a similar experience.
