- JJJayAug 3, 20261.0I placed an order for pick up the young lady forgot the cream cheese. Luckily i only went down the street so i went back to go get it. Who wants a plain dry bagel ?? The two older employees (man & woman) refused to let the young lady give me my missing item because they was in the back when i came to pick up my order earlier. After repeatedly saying i already have my order im just missing the cream cheese. The young lady apologized and the older two are just going back and forth about if i had an order there or not because they simply didn’t give me the order themselves. Whole time I’m smiling being polite telling them “i already have the order just need a cream cheese” while they are being rude and pushing the young lady back to not give me the cream cheese back. if i would’ve returned the same energy back would i have been the “rude customer”?

They gave me one sandwich and when I asked where the other was the older lady there said in a high rude voice no! You ordered one. I said ma’am I ordered two. When I asked her to show me the receipt which she failed to also give me, she said I don’t have it. Instead of making it right for the customer she sat there back and forth with me on how I only ordered one. My husband had warned me about this location had a similar problem with them but I still went. BIG MISTAKE and lesson learned. I think that lady needs to have her hearing checked. I will never go back there nor will I ever suggest this location.

- BPBen PQJun 8, 20262.0Today I visit this store and the lady who took my order was super rude, I asked for light ice and when she was about to make it she put like full ice in the cup I told her to put light ice she was like it is light ice, like wdym it is light ice, there is not any space for any more ice, at the end she just drop some of the ice and give me a dirty look. Very very bad customer service. After me there was an old man, I saw her she giving herself a tip without the man knowing that because the old man asked what is this she literally tip themself without explaining what is that.
