- CBCassie BJun 30, 20261.0I stopped by this location to pick up an afternoon coffee for myself and my husband. My husband ordered an extra-large hot coffee with two Splenda and extra cream. I ordered an iced coffee with regular cream and extra sugar. While placing my order, I noticed that a matcha latte and a 10-count of Munchkins had been added. I immediately pointed this out at the drive-thru window, and the employee told me those items belonged to another order and not to worry about it. Since my total for two coffees was nearly $9, I questioned it a couple of times because it didn’t seem right, but I ultimately let it go. When I received the drinks, my iced coffee was made with extra cream instead of extra sugar, and my husband was given the wrong size. The employee corrected the size, but when I politely explained that my coffee had far too much cream, he argued with me, insisting that I had ordered both drinks with extra cream and sugar. As I tried to explain the actual order, he rolled his eyes, walked away before I could finish speaking, and had another employee hand us the drinks instead of addressing the issue himself. Unfortunately, the remade order was still incorrect. My husband’s coffee was labeled with six Splenda and six creams instead of two Splenda and extra cream, while my iced coffee was remade with no sugar at all. Everyone makes mistakes, and I understand that. What I cannot overlook is the way this situation was handled. Rather than listening to a customer who was simply trying to clarify an order, the employee was dismissive, argumentative, and openly disrespectful. Rolling your eyes, walking away while someone is speaking, and refusing to listen is unacceptable customer service. I left not because of incorrect coffee orders, but because of the poor treatment I received. If this is the level of customer service being provided, I cannot recommend this location. Be prepared not only for an incorrect order, but also for an unpleasant experience if you ask for it to be corrected.

When I walked back inside and asked for a little more oatmilk the worker just grabbed my drink and walked off with it. When I thanked him after he gave it back to me, he ignored me and walked away. I couldn't even finish the drink because it was so disgusting. If you hate your job that much, don't ruin someone else's day.
