  Unfortunately, this was another very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts\. This is now the second time I’ve experienced rude and disrespectful customer service at this location\. I went in to use my free drink reward through the Dunkin’ app, something I’ve done many times before\. Instead of simply helping me with my order, I was spoken to in a rude and disrespectful manner\. When there was confusion about the drink I ordered, I was willing to correct it and even said I would just get the free drink that was available through my app. George told me to go around and order my drink so I could look at the menu when I knew what I wanted he insisted for me To come inside instead I said I have my son in the vehicle and I need to go to work that’s why would I come inside instead could order here at the window! He said well there is a long line and I can’t help you I said well I’m not going anywhere I could order here. The employee, George , continued to make the interaction uncomfortable and unnecessarily difficult\. Customers should not be made to feel embarrassed or disrespected when they are simply trying to place an order\. I visit Dunkin’ regularly, but after having multiple negative experiences at this location, I’m extremely disappointed\. Customer service matters, and employees should treat customers with basic courtesy and respect\. I hope management takes this review seriously and addresses the way customers are being treated\

  I am freshly postpartum and my husband does overnights . As the nights are hard for me, all i just need is a good coffee, I’ve been a barista for 8 years and I don’t know if it’s there machines or the person making it as I haven’t worked at a dunkin, my husband comes home from night shift with a coffee he should not have payed for as it tastes awful….AGAIN. This is the only dunkin that’s convenient on his way home and they have screwed up my coffee numerous times . It’s either the pumps aren’t correct, they use a different milk than what’s asked for, and the espresso is absolutely awful and burnt 100% of the time ( funny thing is , the sticker is always correct) .and...when it comes to the service- also awful they give my husband a hard time and have an attitude when he tries to bring up an error in the order on there end. We will no longer be going to this dunkin and taking our business elsewhere :( it’s so unfortunate when all I need in the AM after hours of being up is my dunkin coffee. If I could give negative stars I would .

  One of the worst customer service experiences I've had at Dunkin. Austin was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional from the moment I interacted with him. He spoke with an unnecessary attitude and treated me as if I was bothering him instead of being a paying customer. A little respect and basic courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, none of that was shown. I hope management addresses this because no customer should be treated this way.

  I am DONE coming here!!. Not Wonce but twice I got my coffee wrong!. In the same day!.I don’t get how my order never change but my coffee does when I place an order.. I rather go to Starbucks

  Right when I thought I could this my favorite Dunkin something 😔 negative happened. I went to go use the bathroom. Both bathrooms said vacant but one was locked and then I go to the other one. It's really dirty like toilet paper hanging out the toilet l, toilet seat up and the toilet full of pee. I go to tell an associate he goes to clean it up and he stares at me like I'm crazy for asking the bare minimum. He starts lifting the toilet paper up and flushing the toilet acting like I could have done it on my own. I didn't want to touch or clean up after some lazy Losers mess just because........ This is upsetting and I will just go to a diff coffee shop for being treated like I'm crazy...... Oh and he kept saying the other bathroom was vacant when it was clearly not ...
