  I got a avocado toast and a toasted bagel. The toast for the avocado toast was not toasted so the bread fell apart under the weight of the avocado. They bagel was cut in half and not toasted. Was not worth the money this morning 😒

  Worst service. ALWAYS get your order wrong. I’ve been patient long enough! This location always gets my order incorrect. I order right off the menu and no modifications. Yet it always seems impossible to get an iced latte! I somehow end up with a shakin’ espresso. Today was no different. I told the people at the drive thru 3 times that the order was incorrect!!! You can tell my looking at the drink. And they still got it wrong! Time of day doesn’t matter either. Busy or not, they cannot get orders right. They’ve lost me as a customer.

  Unprofessional and rude at any time of day whether it’s 4AM, mid afternoon, or evening time, it’s always a been a bad encounter every time. No other DD/BR is consistently this horrible. They overcharge for items by not listening (10 munchkins vs 2 5 count munchkins), hand out uncooked food or food that is missing (frozen hash browns and in an order of 2 in 1 bag they placed 3 hash browns instead of the 6 pieces that are standard), and have a tendency to always in each and every transaction argue with the customer even though they are in the wrong. Nothing is done to make modifications. When asked for a manager’s/owner’s name and number, they diverted and began lying more. If you are in search of a peaceful morning or day, avoid this location at all costs. Even if you arrive in a joyous and respectable manner, this place is guaranteed to ruin your day. It’s not worth getting your day ruined here while paying for it to be ruined. Countless bad encounters since they’ve opened and it’s only gotten worse. For me, it’s not worth it. I refuse to leave my money here. I will not be returning. Indefinitely. I rarely write reviews but this was the limit for even a very understanding person like myself. At this point, cooperate needs to be in the loop of how poorly this facility is providing service and food, as this location is not following proper rules and regulations. Otherwise, writing reviews is pointless and all the consumers are simply wasting their time and efforts.

  this is a dunkin i have been going frequently since i was little and i have never had problems. today i went through drive thru and i understand people have bad days, ive worked in service industry for six years, but after asking a lady to repeat something twice over the speaker she began to scream at me saying nothing here is for 4 dollars and that it is 10 dollars. These are customers who are unfamiliar with your menu and will have questions about it. If you are not a people’s person move to production. I don’t need to be yelled at by a woman twice my age at 10 in the morning. Dunkin please reevaluate your staff. I don’t need amazing customer service but I don’t need to be treated like i’m dumb for asking a question.

  You want to reward enthusiasm and people who are just trying to have some fun and survive a job, but you still have to do the job. This Dunkin’ is conveniently located right next to the Tesla charging center, so it’s always a great place to stop by and grab a bite to eat while you’re charging. Unfortunately, you’ll often have to listen to crude language coming through the speaker and window from employees complaining about their personal lives and the job. I understand that we’re all human and that things can get stressful, but it shouldn’t cause the line to fill up because of it. Imagine the annoyance of having to wait twice as long because an employee is telling someone three unrelated work stories. Or, more importantly, your order might be wrong. - They forgot to add ketchup. - They forgot to add a straw. - They left out your hash browns. - They asked for no ice, but then they gave you ice anyway. (Dunkin’ Donuts is the only place I’ve ever been to that charges you extra for no ice, so it’s frustrating to have to pay extra and still get ice.) Then comes the worst part: the food. It’s not always the best from the overnight crew, and it’s hit or miss. Today, the sandwich was great, but the hashbrowns were undercooked. I still got the regular amount of ice, even though I asked for less and it was confirmed. I had to sit there and hear at least seven or eight F-bombs from the window. Again, that doesn’t really bother me, but it just adds to the “I don’t care attitude.” I’m giving this Dunkin’ three stars because the day crew is actually on top of things. It’s a night and day difference. I’ll have to start going to the Dunkin’ further east on Touhy. Oh wait.. sigh.. they forgot my straw in the bag again..
