- KLKL545 LoveJun 20, 20261.0How does this place stay in business? I went once a few years ago swore I'd never come back because it was dirty and the food was only lukewarm. But yesterday the person I was with really wanted to go so we went and nothing has changed. How does the GM allow this? It was filthy. Tables were not cleaned off everything was sticky and the food was room temperature. I know that food is supposed to be at a certain temperature per the health department but the temp felt like it had been sitting out all day. The windows and the doors are absolutely disgusting. After leaving there I felt like I had to go home and take a shower. What is the GM getting a boatload of money and not doing anything about this place?

My question is: why do people place orders in advance if they still have to wait 15 minutes after arriving? While I was waiting, every customer in the regular line was served, and I was still standing there waiting for my prepaid order. I spoke with the manager about this issue, but he literally laughed in my face. For some reason, he found the situation amusing. Until today, I had never seen him in the restaurant before, so I assume he is new. Unfortunately, his attitude was very unprofessional and not customer-oriented at all.

The team member (young lady) who was preparing our food, this most recent time, was in a foul mood (truly uncomfortable disposition). We have experienced this same team member treat the customers rudely as well as some of her Chipotle team members. Despite there being no one behind us in line she prepared the food in a hastily / sloppy fashion. While we don't need sunshine & rainbows from the chipotle team we do appreciate a professional experience. They were also completely out of guac & chips (was not even close to closing time). We love Chipotle and will still support the business - but we will think twice before going to this location again.
