  I was waiting in the drive thru for around 30 minutes and no one answered, we turned around to leave and they answered the person behind us. People already left with their food and all.

  I ask for extra chilli and cheese on footlong hotdog. There was hardly any on it. Not happy with you and not going back. You guys don't listen at all it happened few times.

  From someone who has worked at sonic for 8 years this was unacceptable. I can tell the food we got was old, soggy, and stale. The ice cream only had the topping put on the top and was just vanilla underneath. We waited 15 min for 2 ice creams, and another 10 min for our food. Overall it was poor food, service, and wait time. I see the other reviews have comments saying that you guys will do better but this isn’t the first time and it seems like this sonic isn’t getting better.
