- RCRhoda ChildsOct 7, 20265.0On Sunday the 4 of October we placed an order for delivery. When we received our order the fries and cheese sauce was missing. I called in about the issue and I spoke to Chris who was really nice and understanding. Long story short we weren’t able to make it to the restaurant that day but a couple days later I went in and spoke to the manager on duty. I explained the situation and he resolved the issue by giving us our missing fries and cheese sauce.
- TBTika BanksOct 1, 20261.0if i could give this zero star i would. i order a large ranch with my 30 wings. get home, over an hour away, im spooning the “ranch” and im like why is it chunky. it was BLUE CHEESE! never again! my taste buds are disgusted. the ranch is what makes the chicken frfr. so without ranch we were thinking at least the wings will be good. nah they were not seasoned at all. i got that lemon pepper crunch dry rub, and hot honey rub. no seasoning whatsoever. the only “seasoning” was the bbq sauce my husband got on his. even his mild was not sauced. my day was ruined, my dinner ruined. we don’t live anywhere near a wingstop and this is the closest one. this was supposed to be a treat.

When I received my food the 3 order of fries were all cold and they messed up the order. So I waited over 2 hours for cold fries and wrong order. There were about 15 other people who were waiting hours for their orders as well. So disappointing
- LFLiz FSep 29, 20261.0Employees sit out back and smoke weed. Either get cameras or start watching them. How do I know? I live right behind the store and on several occasions I’ve walked in to a completely unstaffed (meaning they’re all out back behind the building) restaurant. Extremely trashy.
- AEAlli ESep 23, 20265.0I just want to say that this Location is Amazing✨I live closer to the Plainfield location but only teenagers work there and they are rude. This was my first time trying this Shorewood Location and the Customer Service was AMAZING!! I talked to the manager Pearl because my order was wrong and she fixed the problem right away, she went above and beyond for me and my family which we are very grateful 🙏She’s an amazing person everyone at this location was very nice 😊 and I’ll be making the short drive to this location from now on !!! You don’t see this type of great customer service anymore I hope other places learn to be like this. Thank you so much Pearl and employees for being kind and amazing ❤️❤️❤️
